Just to clarify, we are in Jersey in the Channel Islands, not in America.
The Jersey Home Education Group would like to welcome you to this website, where we trust we can help you with any interest you may have in home education, and answer any questions that you may have regarding your children's education and welfare.
The Jersey Home Education Group is currently a 31 family-strong-group, but is indeed a group that is growing quickly. Our home-ed experience runs from 15 years of home educating, to just recently started home-educators.
We take educational walks in the woods; share coffee, techniques and experiences and we sometimes share educational afternoons with each other, doing such activities as science experiments and craft hours.
As individuals, and as a group, we recognise the benefits of home education. As such we are always open to answer questions from those who have an interest in providing their children with a safe education in an environment and way that will benefit not just the student, but the family and family life as well.
